Flower orders on WhatsApp and Telegram, from catalog to doorstep

The customer chooses the bouquet in the catalog, writes the card message and pays online; your team prepares it and your courier delivers it with the OrdermIA Delivery app.

A bouquet delivered, via Telegram

  • Choose the bouquet: From your flower shop’s bot, the customer opens the catalog, sees the bouquets with photo and price and adds the bouquet and the card to the basket.
  • Where and when: They type the address, the time and the card message. OrdermIA adds them to the order and works out the delivery fee.
  • Pay online: They confirm and pay on your gateway’s secure page before you prepare the bouquet.
  • It reaches your panel: It arrives with the bouquet, the address, the time and the card text. You prepare it and assign it to your courier.

Bouquets, plants and gifts with photos

Upload your bouquets, arrangements, plants and gifts with their photo and price. If a bouquet comes in several sizes, such as 12 or 24 roses, each size is an option with its own price, and the customer picks it in the catalog or says it in the chat.

When a flower runs out or the season changes, you remove the bouquet or change its photo and price in the panel, and the WhatsApp and Telegram catalog updates. If you are missing photos, the OrdermIA gallery has bouquets and flowers ready to use.

Online payment before you prepare

OrdermIA assistant to connect Redsys: which virtual POS details to find in your bank's email

Connect Redsys, Addon Payments or Stripe and the customer pays when confirming the order. That way you never prepare a bouquet nobody has paid for, and the money goes from your gateway to your account.

Orders with a day, a time and a card

Many flower orders are placed in advance: a bouquet for Saturday, an arrangement for a first communion or flowers for an office first thing in the morning. The customer gives the day and time, and OrdermIA checks them against your hours before confirming; if you are closed that day, it doesn’t confirm the order.

The order reaches the panel with the date, the address, the card message exactly as the customer wrote it and any instructions, such as the floor or what time someone is home. Nothing has to be copied by hand, and nobody has to ask again how a name is spelled.

Delivery, with your courier

Your courier sees the order in the OrdermIA Delivery app with the address and time, and marks it delivered when dropping off the bouquet.

If you turn on PIN verification, the person placing the order receives the code in the chat when confirming and passes it on to whoever will receive the flowers. Without the PIN, the courier can’t close the delivery.

For your busiest days

On Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or All Saints’ Day the orders all arrive at once, many at night or while you are serving in the shop. OrdermIA replies to every conversation straight away and leaves each order confirmed in the panel with its delivery time, with no lost messages or details to clarify.

If one day you can’t keep up, you close today’s orders from the panel and OrdermIA stops accepting orders for that day; the next day your usual hours apply again.
