What you publish in OrdermIA goes to your number’s WhatsApp catalog, with its photos, categories and prices. If you change a price or remove a product in the panel, the WhatsApp catalog updates without you doing anything else.
Customers open it from the conversation, choose products and quantities and send the basket to the chat. OrdermIA checks it against your prices and asks how they want to receive it.
From basket to confirmed order
- Delivery or pickup: Customers choose how they want it and OrdermIA applies your delivery fee and minimum order.
- Summary with the total: Before paying they see each item, delivery and the total, and confirm with one button.
- Payment in the chat: They pay online on your gateway’s secure page, or on delivery or at pickup if you allow it.
Build the catalog without typing
Upload your product list as a PDF, photo, CSV or Excel file: OrdermIA prepares products, categories and prices in a draft you review before publishing. You can also create them by hand, with their variants and extras.

Share your shop where people already find you
Put your link on Instagram, Facebook or your Google profile, or print a QR code for the counter. Your customers don’t install anything or create accounts: they order from the WhatsApp they already use.

Do I need a website?

Do I have to keep two catalogs?
No. You work in the OrdermIA catalog and the WhatsApp one syncs with it.
Can I upload my catalog as a PDF or Excel file?
Yes, and also as CSV or a photo. Each file becomes a draft with products, categories and prices; nothing is published until you approve it.
Can customers order without using the catalog?
Yes. They can also type or send a voice message: OrdermIA identifies the products with your catalog and asks them to confirm.
How many products can I have?
It depends on the plan, and you can extend it with an add-on. You’ll see it in the pricing table.
What if I don’t have photos of my products?
Use the OrdermIA image gallery, included in every plan, and ask us for any that are missing.
