Create your bot from OrdermIA simply and intuitively: give it a name, scan the QR code with your phone and confirm in Telegram. If you already have a bot, you can connect it too.
It runs on Telegram’s official Bot API, with no coding or servers to maintain: OrdermIA handles the conversation and checks every order against your catalog and prices. Your customers reach your bot through a link or a QR code.
How the customer orders
- Writes to the bot or opens the Mini App: They can order in the chat, by text or with a voice note, or tap the bot’s button to open your catalog inside Telegram, without installing anything.
- Chooses with photos and prices: Searches, filters by category and adds products with their variants, extras and notes. The basket is kept even if they close the Mini App.
- Fills in their details in the Mini App: Delivery or pickup, address if it’s delivered, phone, payment method and a note, in a single form. Anything missing is marked in red.
- Confirms, and it reaches your panel: The order goes back to the chat with the summary and the total; the customer confirms it and, if paying online, gets the payment link right there. You see it in the panel with all its details.
The whole order, inside the Mini App
- A real catalog: Full photos, categories, search, variants, extras and, if you sell food, allergens. The server checks every price against your catalog.
- Delivery details, without questions: Delivery or pickup, postcode and address. If you don’t deliver to that postcode yet, it says so right away and offers pickup.
- Phone and payment method: The customer leaves their phone number and chooses among the payment methods you have enabled: online through your gateway, at pickup or cash on delivery.
- In their language and theme: The Mini App appears in the customer’s language and follows the light or dark mode of their Telegram.
Telegram and WhatsApp in one panel
Telegram can be your main channel or join WhatsApp. Orders from both arrive in the same queue, with the same catalog, the same prices and the same delivery and payment rules. The number of active channels depends on the plan.
Online payment with your gateway
If the customer chooses online payment in the Mini App, when confirming they get a button in the chat to pay through your gateway (Redsys, Addon Payments or Stripe). The amount is held and captured when you finish preparing the order, and the money goes straight to your account.
Not taking payments online yet? Ask your bank manager for a virtual POS and connect it with the assistant: you copy the details the bank sent you, run a test payment and it’s live in a few minutes.
With table ordering, each table’s QR can open Telegram with the table already identified.
No commission on your sales
Telegram doesn’t charge for bot messages and OrdermIA doesn’t take a percentage of your sales: you pay your monthly subscription, with orders included.
If your bot receives more orders than included in the month, each extra one costs what your plan says, a fixed amount that doesn’t depend on the order value. You can also pause new orders when you reach your allowance.

What is the Telegram Mini App?
It’s your shop open inside Telegram: a catalog with photos, a basket and a checkout where the customer chooses delivery or pickup, leaves their phone number and picks how to pay. When they send it, they confirm the summary in the chat.
Can I use Telegram and WhatsApp at the same time?
Yes. Both channels share the panel, catalog and rules. The number of active channels depends on your plan.
Does Telegram charge for messages?
