How it works
- The customer writes as usual: By text, with a voice note or by choosing products from the catalog inside the chat itself. Nothing to install.
- OrdermIA understands the order: It identifies products and quantities by checking your catalog and prices, and asks for what is missing: delivery or pickup, address or payment method.
- The customer confirms it: Before it reaches you, the customer receives a summary with the total and confirms it. The order only includes products from your catalog.
- You receive it organised: In the control panel you see products, quantities, notes, delivery and payment status. Accept, adjust or reject in seconds, from your phone or computer.
What you need to get started
- Your WhatsApp Business account: You connect it through Meta’s guided setup in OrdermIA, on the official WhatsApp Business platform. You decide which account you authorise and can revoke access at any time.
- Your catalog: Import it from a PDF, an image, a CSV or an Excel file, or create it by hand. OrdermIA prepares products, categories and prices for you to review before publishing them.
- Nothing else: No website or hosting: your shop lives inside WhatsApp. Share your link on Instagram, Facebook, Google or wherever customers already find you.
Payments and deliveries your way
Offer online payment through your own gateway (Redsys, Addon Payments or Stripe), cash on delivery or payment on pickup. The money goes straight to your account: OrdermIA coordinates the order and its payment status, but never holds the funds.
Set up delivery and pickup with your fee, minimum order, opening hours and estimated times. Depending on the plan, you can also set fees by postcode and assign orders to your own riders with the OrdermIA Delivery app.
A clear price, with no commission per order
OrdermIA is a monthly subscription with orders included: no commission per order and no surcharge for voice orders. Meta bills its WhatsApp messages directly to your account, and OrdermIA does not resell them.
