WhatsApp ordering for your neighbourhood shop

Hardware shops, stationers, pet shops, fashion or electronics: your customers already message you. OrdermIA understands your vocabulary, like sizes, tins or units, and turns every message into a confirmed order.

A hardware order, ready to collect

  • Ask and order: Customers write the way they talk, even if they don’t use the exact product name. OrdermIA finds it in your catalog and sends back the list with prices.
  • Collect in store: They choose to come to the shop and OrdermIA tells them from what time it will be ready, based on the preparation time you have set.
  • Confirm: They confirm the summary and pay at pickup. When the order is ready, they get a notice in the chat.
  • It reaches your panel: The order arrives with the products and the pickup time, so you can prepare it before the customer arrives.

Your online shop, without a website

Your products with photo and price in the WhatsApp catalog and the Telegram Mini App. Share your link on social media, on your Google profile or with a QR code in the shop window.

Upload your price list in Excel or CSV, or a photo of the list, and review the draft before publishing it.

A stationer can sort notebooks, cartridges and school supplies into categories; a pet shop, its pet food by weight; an electronics shop, its cables and chargers by connector type. Each product has its variants, such as size, colour or format, and OrdermIA asks for any that are missing before closing the order.

What the customer writes, not what the label says

Nobody writes “Wood screws (box of 100)”. They write “a box of wood screws”, “a USB-C charger” or “two bags of the small dog food”. OrdermIA looks up each item in your catalog and, if it is unsure between two products, asks which one before noting it down.

You can add to each product the names customers use for it, such as “sticky tape” for adhesive tape, and OrdermIA recognises those too. If the customer asks for something you don’t sell, it tells them instead of inventing a product or a price.

In-store pickup or delivery

Many neighbourhood orders are for pickup: the customer writes in the morning and drops by after work. OrdermIA tells them from what time it will be ready and lets them know when you mark it as ready.

If you also deliver, you set the fee, the minimum order and how far you go. Depending on the plan, add postcode fees and delivery with your own couriers.

Every customer, in their language

A tourist or a newly arrived neighbour can order in their language and your team receives the order in yours: the conversation continues in the language they write in.

Fixed fee, no sales commission

A monthly subscription with orders included and no percentage of your sales; orders beyond the allowance have a fixed price per order. You collect with your own gateway, cash on delivery or in store.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for my kind of shop?

Yes, for any legal product or service not excluded by our Terms of Service and WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy.

Do I need a website?

No. Your customers buy in the WhatsApp or Telegram chat, with your catalog.

What if I have lots of products?

The number of products depends on the plan and can be extended with an add-on. You’ll see it in the pricing table.

What happens if the customer asks for something I don’t have?

OrdermIA only notes down products from your catalog. If it can’t find what they ask for, it tells the customer.

How do I upload my catalog?

Import a PDF, an image, a CSV or an Excel file, or create products by hand from the panel.

Can I take payment online?

Yes, with your own gateway (Redsys, Addon Payments or Stripe), as well as cash on delivery or in store.

Is there a minimum term?

No. You can cancel whenever you like from the panel and keep your data.
